1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility and Registration

3 Account Management

Single Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold one registered Account only. If ctc777 determines that a player holds more than one Account — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — ctc777 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any outstanding bets or bonuses associated with them, and retain any balance pending investigation.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ctc777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify ctc777 immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your permission.

Inactive Accounts: An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. ctc777 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 to inactive Accounts. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactive period.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

ctc777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other methods as may be added to the Platform from time to time.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and account verification status.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by ctc777 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are restricted to one claim per player, household, device, and IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion's terms before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Default wagering requirement is 20x unless stated otherwise.
